Is this all dream?

Warm and safe
Protected from the evils of this world
To never want or need for anything anymore

I hear your voice
It brings a calming peace
To lay beside you
In your warm embrace
To press soft kisses
Upon your face

Soft sighs of contentment
Slip past my soft sweet lips
Still tender from your kisses
My hands roam your body
Gently caressing you
Wanting more….
Wanting you….

You whisper a question
A question I know not how to answer
But all I can say

Help me I am falling.
I can not take a stand.
My hand is getting weaker,
upon this sea of land.

I pull and claw and cry,
trying to break free.
The well of love is leaking,
and it is leaving me.

Tears of sorrow run
along a path so used,
That they know the distance,
of every road they choose.

I'm tired of this feeling.
I wish it would go away.
One moment I am happy,
the next one makes me sway.

Tired of my musing,
sick of my saddened word?
I'm sorry to upset you,
I'd stop them if could.

I would rest my worn pen,
and store it really tight,
if you'd only take a moment,
and give me back what's right.

I'd not say a word,
if you would look and see,
how much my life will change,
if you'd start loving me.

Why can't a heart break free,
of a loved one holding out?
Why can't I just disappear,
and find the one that counts?

i just read your piece that starts "Help me I am falling", and it is very lovely and deeply moving. Your words have touched my submissive heart and i feel the pain. You struggled to break free, didn't you? You struggled to be released, didn't you? Sometimes, one's freedom/release is a very hard thing to obtain. i am glad you made it and survived. {{{{Red}}}}

I'm still there. I have 3 beautiful children. They are my life, and I will do all I can to be here for them. Sometimes the pain is biting, and overwhelming, and hurts so badly. 3 beautiful children? Oh you lucky lady. One's children are always one's life. We are the one's who carried them and bore them into this world; by virtue of that alone, it makes us responsible to be all that we can be for them, to be here at all costs for them.

Life is a struggle everyday, and at times the pain can be, and is, more biting than another day. If there was a harsh unforgiveable One in the past; that sought to hold us when we wanted to be free, that makes the final release all the more difficult to achieve. But, if and when it is achieved, it is a release of the sweetest kind, for our loved ones are there for us... and there is always another day and another One.

There is always another day, and another after that, perhaps someday... my husband will awaken and realize I'm still here, but if not, I have my friends at Lit, to remind me that I'm a bit special to someone.
