If you don't need latex condoms I can't recommend coconut oil enough.

Guar and Xanthan gum

Way late to the party on this one, but I make my own. I use either Xanthan or Guar gum powders, with a little glycerin and some water. It's all natural, it's safe for consumption, however, you might need to add a little flavoring, and it feels pretty damn good. Plus it's really cheap to make. It's great for sleeves, but it's imperative that it be fully dissolved, otherwise it can be a little on the abrasive side, which isn't good for sensitive skin.
One of the best things about it is how nicely it cleans up. Being all natural and water based, it cleans up quickly, doesn't leave any film and is completely safe on TPE, latexes and other rubber and plastic toys.

I have a couple varieties of lube, but almost always just wind up using good old spit if something is necessary.

Finally bought uberlube. It is very slick and smooth. Feels great and no added taste.

Favorite was a weed lube called foria too expensive but it was very good.
