I don't remember how long this has bothered me but I have worked at my current job for 3 years and its been there all along. I can only stand on my feet about an hour before it starts in.

I went to go see a specialist and he thinks it is muscular. Today I go for my first set of shots. I was surprised that something muscular can be helped by shots. I was told it will take several sets, so I am scheduled for 5 sets.

Needless to say I am nervous. i am not fond of needles.

Wish me luck. I'm a wuss.

Salonpas Pads they're small, use about two or three, don't sit for long periods get up walk around, don't just stand there either, and sit up straight.

I'm already on a prescription for Lidoderm pads.

Good Luck

Stand with your weight equally divided on both feet, knees bend just a touch, back stretched straight, neck too. Don't pull up your shoulders while doing so, let them hang normal or push them down when you feel you pulled them up.
Try in front of mirror, when done right it doesn't look strange, just right. Sorry, I can't explain better...
This way the strain on your lower back is not as big as when you stand with your legs straight.

Moving your hips for- and backwards a few times while standing or sitting can relax the muscles too.

I debated whether to pm you this but thought others may benefit as well. You seem from what you have posted larger on top. (ie good size breasts) I don't know if there is some kind of support like a sports type bra or something. I have heard that it can cause pain in the shoulders and lower back. (I wouldn't know.:() Sorry to hear you are in pain. I hope that the shots help.

It's also important that you have a good mat or rug to stand on. If your job keeps you standing, they should provide one.

For me, it's always cured by stomach crunches and keeping my abs engaged while standing & sitting. My back muscles only suffer if my front muscles aren't pulling their weight.

For you, I'm sure it would be cured by posting boob pics. F'real.

When standing, try elevating one foot {alternate sides} a few inches ~ about shoe box height. Find something sturdy to rest your foot on, perhaps a couple of books or the like. It may not help in your case, but it's worth a try.

Good luck with the shots. I hope they work wonders.

A  from the good little witch.

And you should be posting pictures of those front and back muscles so we understand the physics of all this. TIA.

I am suspicious.

I have also been through 6 weeks of physical therapy with no success at getting rid of the pain. My back is stronger but the pain isn't going away.

Very important. I used to work at a place where they gave us rubber mats about half an inch thick with round holes all over. If you stepped onto a harder surface you noticed the difference right away. As a bonus the mats seemed to last forever.

The shots straight into the muscle has allowed me to move again. I'm not cured, but the pain has eased a lot. Unless I strain it. Which I do. A lot.

Sounds like you might need to start working out those back muscles, Pink.

Feel better.
