You may have anecdotal evidence that may cause you to disagree but the truth is, men are a whole lot hornier than women. It's nature. Today with a toxic environment that includes the off gassing off xenoestrogens, corporate food that lack nutrients, and sedentary lifestyles sex for Americans is at an all time low. Maybe that is why the cuckold fantasy is so big.

A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association asserts that 43% of American women are experiencing some sort of sexual dysfunction during a 12 months period. This is science. Keep in mind, that 43% represents women of all ages. As women age, sexual dysfunction increases.

There are folks in the psycho-babble industry pushing theories that the problem is psychological yet they offer no proof.

The problem is organic and the medical industry knows it.

The cause is low testosterone and the medical industry knows it.

The cure is testosterone supplementation and the medical industry knows it.

The medical industry also know that testosterone will balance estrogen and progesterone and doing that will decrease the risks of breast, ovarian and cervical cancer. Breast, ovarian and cervical cancer is big money for the medical industry.

The medical industry also knows that women with proper testosterone levels have decreased risk of anxiety and other mental health disorders.

The medical industry also knows, that women with balanced hormones don't get osteoporosis.

The medical industry also know that regular sex prevents disease and increases longevity.

I guess the old joke is true. How do you stop a woman from having sex? Marry her.

What are we really doing about breast cancer? Answer: Having NFL football players wear pink ribbons.

What are we doing for women with anxiety? Giving them Paxil and Welbutrin.

What are we doing for women with osteoporosis? We are giving them bisphosonates which don't help the problem and have side effects including death.

Your thoughts?

I can only speak for myself. I've always had a high sex drive and it only gets higher as I get older. I've never had man who could totally keep up with me but that's okay. I just realize it will always be like that.

I don't know why the hell y'all don't cite your sources but goddamn is it annoying. I don't see this anywhere else on the internet.

I THINK this is what you were talking about: https://www.myvmc.com/diseases/female-sexual-dysfunction-fsd/

Made me pretty sad that the first risk factor listed was that the person experienced sexual dysfunction because they were a survivor of sexual assault. That's pretty fucked up and something I didn't notice in the OP despite it being the FIRST risk factor listed.

On the whole it seems to be more psychological than physiological- that is the team found that though biological issues like hormones did affect- actually, I'm just going to quote it: "There are many physical causes of FSD and these are mainly related to hormone levels and changes. However, FSD is most commonly the result of psychological factors (e.g. relationship satisfaction, depression). Even when FSD is the result of physical factors, psychological factors often contribute to the problem (e.g. women who have difficulty achieving adequate vaginal lubrication or find sex painful may become anxious about approaching sexual encounters, and find it even more difficult to lubricate)."

So... idk I ain't got a dog in this fight. I just don't understand why you didn't link a source so people could know what the fuck you were talking about.

The one factor you did not discuss in detail was having an elephant in the room. I think that would lower my libido a little. They smell, and you never know when they are going to poop on your newly carpeted floor, not to mention how you are going to get them out of there though a door that is too small.

I suspect that life has several factors which influence everyone's sex drive. Stress being one, lack of good sleep another.

As for the "fact" that women aren't as horny as men, someone needs a new source for sexuality "facts".

Indeed, both men and women in the western world are increasingly suffering from low libido, much of it is caused by too much estrogen in modern day foods, plus after age 30, folks start losing testosterone(important for libido). For men, too much estrogen and too little testosterone cause a low sex drive (though the two hormones don't oppose each other). For women, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone all play a role in the sex drive, all three of these steroids need to work in harmony, when one is off, there is a problem.

From the Insider:
"In both men and women, the hormone testosterone drives much of human libido," explains Dr. Michael Hirt, founder of the Center for Integrative Medicine in California's San Fernando Valley, who often hands out a list of foods to patients who complain about a lowered sex drive. "Low testosterone means a lower sex drive."

Below is a snippet from a research study taunting the benefits of testosterone for post-menopausal women:

"Previous blinded studies have shown that women treated with a patch delivering 300 μg of testosterone per day were more likely to report a meaningful benefit than women receiving placebo, with more than 85% of those reporting a benefit wishing to continue treatment."

Snip
"In conclusion, use of the patch delivering 300 μg of testosterone per day significantly improved sexual function and decreased distress in postmenopausal women who were not receiving estrogen therapy "

Hear, hear.

The male sex drive might not really be any more powerful than the female, but it is definitely more urgent and less discriminate. There's a reason why most prostitutes are women, and most of the male ones service male customers.

I disagree, men are naturally more hornier, due to the higher presence of Testosterone, in general, as compared to women. Testosterone is responsible for libido, strength and muscle mass. Though women do get horny at certain times of the month when testosterone is at its highest.

I do agree on the part that yes, the stresses of modern day life is a huge contributor of lower sex drive as well.

I would have to say that most of my female friends claim to have no sex drive. They also hate men. I do have a few female friends who are quite open with their sexuality and do get horny!

I presume that's the time opposite her period? That would make sense -- it's when the chance of impregnation is best.

I don't know. Let me throw out a link. Please note that I found this video hard to watch. The Dr. seems hesitant to talk about this and also says that intercourse puts women in the wrong position for an orgasm. Intercourse is one of the fastest ways for me to cum. But in the video she says that women with high testosterone levels have lowered libido.

Mark Rosenfeld is hot AF and I watch his videos for that reason only.

What would be the right position?

There are so many positions available for intercourse.

Oh, I'd like to add that JSABD is full of fucking shit and is citing a decade old study rather than recent ones for a reason.

Testosterone is a contributor to libido but as I understand it the consensus is any potential benefit to libido is outweighed by the risks, because hormone therapy is fucking dangerous.

The hormone replacement therapy that millions of women (my mother included) took in the nineties may well be what kills them in the end.
