I'm not dead....yet. I'm slowly getting back up after going back down once again. Sunday was the absolute worst day in my backache saga. My husband had me stay in bed all day and around supper time I had a asthma attack, my inhaler nowhere near me and nobody was hearing when I was knocking things down so I was getting worried I would pass out from lack of breathable air. Finally the husband came up but he couldn't find the inhaler anywhere so he asked my daughter and in all her "brightness" she asked "why" So, som more time lost getting her to do what was asked without asking stupid questions.

Then, got down for supper (30 minutes just to go down the stairs) and right after supper started having chest pain, real pounding, piercing, somebody-sitting-on-my-chest-keeping-me-from breathing-properly chest pain . My husband wanted to call the ambulance and get me admitted and I'll admit the idea crossed my mind too...I was that scared....but finally the chest pain left and I was able to go back to bed.

Yesterday I woke up with the less pain I had felt since the backache started but I didn't want to overdo anything so I stayed quiet and didn't do nothing I shouldn't. Today it's better than yesterday and I notice I have a ton of mail to respond to. Awww the fun of being sick huh

Yes the fun of being sick -- but you tell thos e naughty writers that they can just freaking wait for thier edits -- they will get them when you are good and ready to give them back to them -- OR they are going to get sent to me so that you can relax -- I will do a basic edit on them and you can RIP the apart for them-- I will do whatever you need to get better and if it is me helping youedit for right now then they will just have to deal with it

I have asthma as well LadyC and it sucks at times..and you just described one of those times. I'm really sorry to hear your having such a hard time with your back..wish i could take that pain away for you. I did however chuckles about the daughter comment in your post...dang kids! They learn that word 'why' at a young age and they never seem to forget it. I really hope you feel better soon LadyC..I miss you lots. x12

-laughs- southern accents seem to attract alot of attention like the British one as well as the Oz Land one. Morph has a that Boston thing happening..He sounds like a Lil' Morphie Mobster.. I lost that Boston/NY accent long time back..every now and then it will slip in.

I just looked at three properties in the past week. Alot around at decent prices...but take the warning you don't want to be out as far as I am. No cable, No DSL..only dial up connection that is very slow. No convience stores..no shopping malls..nothing is close at all. Thats the downfalls.I have to take a cooler with me everywhere I go incase I buy items for the frig. OH!, and you better make sure you know exactly where your house is..the driveway..cause they all look alike! Nothing like getting lost and having to stop and ask people to give you directions to your own house. Been there done it more than once. Kind of one of those embarassing moments...so, I made the kid ask instead once..that was a mistake..we ended over two hours from the house.

Roze I'm about to free you up a bit...I got ahold of a copy of Office suite which has everything to edit with. I just have to double check it once I go through it first before submitting. I use it to write with and it catches most of the things I need it to catch. I went rhough a couple of my stories I wrote in the past..lawd have mercy, there was a page or two filled with nothing but wavy red and green lines..sheesh.

Both my most recent were accepted..so..I have time now to work on chapter 3 of Kisses and the other project. Funny, I had a dream somebody sent me an email on that project with all this stuff on it..I ran into a block the past week with crap going on with my daughter..sucks being so far away..when you feel like you need to be there..but I guess thats part of cutting the apron strings. I always thought I was prepared to do it, but I guess deep down within i really wasn't. My Momma told me..you never get used to it..so why try to convince yourself of it.
