Hola! Please bear with me, I don't speak Spanish but I need a Spanish word meaning "well-cared for" to describe a female character. I heard one years ago and cant recall it now. The topic was Latinas who were not fat, but carried a few extra pounds by Western standards. As explained to me it meant "she comes from good family, who cared enough to keep their children fed."

There are so many words for this kind of women with just some extra curves! Was it just a word or an expression?

I think you may have solved this at this point, but in case you haven't:

-As such "Well-cared for" means "bien cuidado" o "bien alimentado", but in terms of sexiness in spanish they don't contribute too much to the idea.
-Here in Mexico a term that is used a lot is "gordibuena" (roughly translated as "curvilicious", I guess). This term is used for chicks that have extra pounds, but still invite to sin (I guess this one could eb the one you are looking for).
