Hi! Sorry to be a pain, but I've been trying to track this story down for what seems like forever, so I'd really appreciate some help.
It takes place in a town that's primarily inhabited by ladies, I think? This man moves into the town, and he has some kind of mind control/hypnosis ability. The story is from a policewoman's point of view, as the women in the town (including her) change to become more slutty; wearing the skimpy uniforms that he provides (I think he's her boss?), working at a strip club, etc etc. I'm pretty sure she ends up becoming his live-in maid.
