Sitting out in the front yard is not gang activity. I live in San Bernadino, if we have too few cops they must be real good at making sure they get around to peaceful neighborhoods where nothing bad ever happens.

They have a pretty good selection though. I always want to go fishing in that fish tank. Though deep down I know from the time I've gotten to fish in clear water that it's actually really depressing to see the fish that aren't biting.

The recession really fucked us over rather hard. We were one of the most rapidly expanding places between '99 and '06 and we still haven't really recovered.

San Bernadino is the most depressing city I've ever driven through. Disclaimer: the parts I saw, anyhow. Evn moreso than Gary, IN.
Still, I'd rather live there than in San Diego - where the majority population consists of racist old men who pat each other on the back for being old and racist. (That is, when they're not busy creeping the hell out of any woman 50 years or younger.)

San Bernadino has many many very sad places. I'd rather live in San Diego, they have stuff. A Zoo, Sea World, quality malls, quality beaches. A down town filled with quality culture.
