Little Huntress ~Battle of "Right and Wrong"~

IC: Darren Cross

"Greg that is very sweet of you but if all three of you don't agree on it I would not feel right in doing so."

Darren nodded, "I like the idea." He looked to Rayna, "If Emily says yes, will you move in with us?"

He looked at Greg and then to Rayna when she suggested a game of pool. "Sure, sounds like fun," He said then looked at Greg with a wicked smile, "But this time she's on my team."

I was thinking to two of you against me but I guess its only fair.

Emily popped in to see if they were all playing nice as her voice echoed from behind them. Hell yeah a female room mate that can help me keep you two in line..

Rayna laughed and winked.

What you can shake the house but you can't keep these two in line? I will teach you young one She grinned evilly as she glanced to the waiter that walked up and smiled.

What would I like... Well kiddo lets start with your phone number and see if it ends with your heart...

She smiled sweetly as the young man turned a deep crimson and looked to Darren and Greg before hurrying away from them.

"Sure, sounds like fun," Darren said looking at Greg with a wicked smile, "But this time she's on my team."

Greg shrugged, "As long as its not for money."

"I was thinking the two of you against me but I guess its only fair." Rayna replied.

Emily came to them then and agreed with Rayna moving in.

"Then its decided," Darren said.

"Stay with us for the night, Rayna," Greg added, "Tomorrow me and Darren will help you move your stuff into the townhouse."

A waiter approached asking if they needed anything more.

"What would I like," Rayna said wickedly to the young man, "Well kiddo lets start with your phone number and see if it ends with your heart."

Greg's face paled at her words, and Darren tried to hide a secret grin. When the boy turned and scampered off like a scared goat Darren laughed and after a minute Greg and even Emily joined in.

When the laughter died Greg gestured towards the pool tables, "So how about that game?"

Rayna smiled laughing with them before she raised a brow looking to Darren and Greg and pulling them both close to her tracing a fingertip down both of their chests.

Even though I toyed with the waiter... don't worry okay.

Smiling she kissed Greg the Darren on the cheek and winked.

Now lets play...

~~~~~~~
Ivy sat back hoping her presence would be hidden from her targets due to all the lust in the air for the little psycho Bitch Princess Rayna. She pondered exactly how to achieve her plan... They did seem to frequent this place and if she is with them she would be as well hopefully. Time to enslave the mind and will of a mortal employee of this dive to help her carry out her plan.
"Now lets play."
They got up and walked over to the nearest pool table. Greg looked back as Darren handed them each poolsticks. "How about we make this interesting?"
"What do you mean, interesting," Darren asked.
"Not money if that's what you're thinking," Greg said giving Rayna a smirk, "How about the winner gets one request the loser must give, and the loser gets two requests the winner must fulfill."
Rayna raised a brow. What exactly do you have in mind that you are hinting at Greg... Because if this is more of the My needing to pick one... then no deal or for one or the other to back away leaving the other and I... no deal as far as I am concerned.
She sat back waiting to see what happened for now.
Emily was curious too at what Greg was thinking.
"What exactly do you have in mind that you are hinting at Greg... Because if this is more of the My needing to pick one... then no deal or for one or the other to back away leaving the other and I... no deal as far as I am concerned."
"Damn" Greg thought but he said with a chuckle, "I meant something benign, Rayna, like paying for a round, or something."
Darren crossed his arms and asked "What do you think, Rayna? Should we accept his terms?"
As long as its benign I see nothing wrong with it... Sure...
She smiled walking up to Greg... leaning in offering a kiss to his cheek and whispers.
Its alright I could tell by your eyes what you really meant Greg... We need to talk later... Okay?
She smiled patted his cheek and walked back over to her drink.
Darren crossed his arms and asked, "What do you think, Rayna? Should we accept his terms?"
"As long as its benign I see nothing wrong with it," She answered, "Sure."
"Then you break, Greg."
Greg nodded crossing around to reach the rack of balls. Halfway there Rayna intercepted him. "Its alright I could tell by your eyes what you really meant Greg," she whispered into his ear, "We need to talk later, okay?"
He nodded and Rayna returned to the table for a drink. Greg lowered, lining up his shot. Darren came over to Rayna and placed his hand over her back.
The motion made Greg look over to them as he was making the shot. The shot was slightly veered off his mark. Striped and solid balls scattered over the felt surface of the pool table. They bounced off the rails but none fell into any of the pockets except one.
"Ha, Scratch." Darren crowed. He looked at Rayna after pulling the cue ball from the pocket it fell into. "Do you want the honor of our first shot, Rayna?"
She stood and looked to Darren whispering.
Careful about making him mess up shots on purpose... Got it. We will talk later.
Taking the pool cue she lined up a shot and sank the solid red.
Rayna took the cueball and whispered to him, "Careful about making him mess up shots on purpose... Got it."
The look she gave him made Darren falter for a moment, "I was only teasing him."
"We will talk later."
Darren grimaced at Gregory as he watched her line up her shot and sink one of the solids.
It was his turn and he approached looking over the pool table like a hawk circling over the desert looking for a meal to swoop down upon. He had a shot on the solid green one, but there was too great a risk he'd bump the orange striped ball into the pocket with it. No other shot he could make was as promising. However, there was a tricky one he could attempt on the solid blue ball. He'd have to bounce the cueball off two of the rails to knock it in. The shot would have to perfectly executed or he'd scratch or worse knock one of Greg's balls in instead. He bent over taking a long time to line it up just right.
She sat back watching Darren line up for a shot... Emily sat by her as she wanted to talk to Rayna but didn't for now.
What do you want to say my friend?
Rayna smiled as she watched Darren but was talking to Emily.
Emily rambled on a bit and then smiled and headed home.
IC: Darren Cross and Gregory Wolf
Darren made the shot and the cue ball bounced off the first, then the second rail, and hit the solid blue ball and it dropped into the side pocket knocking Greg's Orange striped ball in the corner where any attempt to hit into that pocket would knock the eightball in with it.
Seems we're on a roll," He smirked cockily to Greg.
Greg shrugged trying to look like Darren's smugness wasn't riling him up, "The game's far from over."
Darren offered the stick to Rayna, "Your turn again, beautiful."
Rayna smirked studying the table for a moment and taking a shot she sank the green solid and also managed to move the eight ball out of the way of Greg's potential shot.
Your shot Darren.
She walked over tot he table but didn't sit down she seemed to be scanning the bar but stood close to Greg.
IC: Darren Cross and Gregory Wolf
"Your shot Darren."
Darren took the cue from her and stepped towards the table looking over the balls for a shot to make. There wasn't much of anything for him. He could try another difficult shot off two rails to knock in the solid orange ball in the far corner pocket though and with luck it would leave the cueball where Rayna would have straight shot on the solid purple ball. If they kept this up Greg wouldn't even get a turn. That would really put Greg in his place to Rayna.
Darren bent down over the table preparing his shot.
Gregory sat watching Darren pull the stick back. He was a little worried whether he'd ever get a chance to play.
Rayna smirked and leaned in close to Greg kissing his cheek knowing the sound she would hear from Darren's shot when he saw her kiss Greg even on the cheek. Flagging down the waiter finding it entertaining that it was s different one from before. Asking what happened to their original waiter the new waiter said something about him having to go call his girlfriend or something about permission.
As the guy shrugged and walked away with their new drink orders she just laughed and finally glancing at Darren and Greg...
So who's shot is it?
IC: Darren Cross and Gregory Wolf
Greg watched Darren about to make another tricky shot. He had seen Darren make hundreds of these before. He sighed just when he felt Rayna's soft lips press against his cheek.
Greg and Rayna sat where Darren could see them from where he bent over the pool table. He pulled the stick back preparing to shoot. Darren saw Rayna lean over and kiss Greg just as his arm committed to the motion. He jerked fouling the follow through and hitting the cueball too hard and not nearly with enough english for his shot. As a result the cue ball careened straight into the side pocket.
Greg rubbed the side of his cheek and had a silly grin on his face as Darren pulled the ball out of the pocket for him. He was staring at Rayna who was back to teasing the waiters.
Letting some of the irritation he was feeling seep through to his tone he said, "Hey, do you want your turn or not, Greg?"
"Oh, right," Greg said and circled the table placing the cue ball where he would have an easy shot at the blue striped ball at Darren's side pocket. He bent over and hit the ball in. He smirked up at Darren as he lined up his next shot.
Darren gritted his teeth, "Don't get too cocky. You're still way behind me and Rayna afterall."
She sat back knowing her point had been made. Darren cost Greg a shot and now she cost them a shot. Everything should be even and they should now be able to get on with the game.
Sitting back she watched Greg twirling a little lock of hair knowing there was not going to be any more trouble even though she knew someone was here... who she was not sure but she knew they were being watched.
IC: Darren Cross and Gregory Wolf
Darren came beside Rayna as Greg lined up his next shot. He looked at Rayna considering whether to try and kiss Rayna to foul up Greg's shot attempt.
He stopped as a familiar scent crossed him. Ivy, here. Where? With an irritated glower he began to search the patrons of the bar for her.
Greg lined up a shot on the purple striped ball. It went in and it left his cueball in perfect position for the red striped ball. "And the game is tied." He looked up and saw both Rayna and Darren scanning the other people at the bar. "What's wrong you guys?"
You smell someone too...
Rayna hissed faintly as she scanned the bar. Able now to separate the scent of those in lust and the one scent of their kind that was not the two of them.
Someone's here Greg... It could be nothing but ya never know.
She whispered.
~~~~~~~~~~~
Ivy snorted and did what she could to slip out having already arranged for a server to slip the odorless drops in Rayna's next drink.

Darren stopped as a familiar scent crossed him. Ivy, here. Where? With an irritated glower he began to search the patrons of the bar for her.

"You smell someone too," Rayna asked him.

He nodded still searching for her among the other bar patrons, "It's Ivy. I'm not sure if she's here on Bishop's orders though."

From the other side of the pool table, the game forgotten momentarily by both of them, he heard Greg ask, "What's wrong you guys?"

"Someone's here Greg," Rayna asnwered without looking back at him from her search, "It could be nothing but ya never know."

His voice an irritated growl Darren added, "With her its never just nothing. She's been watching you. Waiting for a chance to..." He stopped midsentence catching sight of her leaving the bar.

Darren moved shoving people out of his way as he followed after her. He saw her walking down the sidewalk when he left the bar. "Ivy," Darren called, "Didn't you think we would notice you there. You're getting sloppy as Bishop's little lapdog."

No idea what you are talking about little brother... I stopped in to see if any of the vermin caught my attention... they are not drunk enough yet... so back home to get one of the blood dolls drunk and then feed.

Shouldn't you get back to Rayna... would hate for the mutt to claim her right out from under your nose... or has that already happened and you are now just her messenger boy?

Ivy turned and kept walking her work was done. A single dose each time Rayna showed up at this bar or her little Jazz club and depending on how many times she went out Rayna would in at least a week be out of the way... and since the only person she was around was the mutt and Darren Bishop might be blind enough to thinks his run away childer had taken his little sister away from him once and for all. Either that or the Council would get blamed. Either way Darren or Bishop or both would be taken out and Ivy could gain power base.

~~~~~~~~~~~
Rayna seemed to take a protective stance just in case it was a divide and conquer situation. She distrusted Ivy but knew that Darren could handle himself with her and could let her know if he needed help. She focused her senses... Her eyes nose to what was going on around she and Greg and her ears to Darren and Ivy. A dark venomous anger seemed to billow around her protective and caring but edged in the pure violent ability she wielded.
Stay alert till Darren gets back... the Bitch is up to something.
IC: Gregory Wolf
"Stay alert till Darren gets back," Rayna told him with a protective flair to her voice, "The Bitch is up to something."
Greg stepped closer a surge of protective instincts all his own came up within him and he wrapped an arm around her scanning the crowded people inside the bar unaware of the life and death struggle happening right beside them.
IC: Darren Cross
"Shouldn't you get back to Rayna... would hate for the mutt to claim her right out from under your nose... or has that already happened and you are now just her messenger boy?"
Darren glowered after her as she turned and left. He didn't go back inside until he was sure Ivy was gone. When he did reenter the bar he saw that her words may have been right.
There Rayna stood with Greg beside her, his arm around her.
He turned and left the bar then. Fine. If Rayna wanted Greg Darren wouldn't stand in the way.
Emily was standing there when Darren turned around. FREEZE dumbass... She told him to be on guard Ivy was around and probably up to something. He got protective of her... isn't that what YOU BOTH ARE when it comes to that bitch... You screw up us getting a female room mate and ruin me getting someone to talk to other than you two I will find a way to make you regret it.
She did not give him a chance to say anything and if he kept walking she would follow him hounding him.
Whats more important... you BOTH protecting Ivy or your ego... maybe she has the right idea you all three just have a threesome and get it over with level the playing field as it were and get over yourselves!!!!!
Rayna saw him leave and looked to Greg
Lets go...
Her temper if full flare but not at Ivy this time. You Darren and I WILL talk this little snipes and ego problems and attitudes about the other being near me out or I am back in my apartment and you two will NOT see me unless LI have to protect you two from Bishop...
IC: Darren Cross
Darren had not gone five steps before Emily stopped him right there, "Whats more important... you BOTH protecting Rayna or your ego?"
Darren looked away unwilling to answer. He had sworn to himself he'd protect Rayna and as much as he did not want to admit it Greg would be a huge help in that job. Greg was his best friend, but when he saw her with him he couldn't tolerate it.
"Maybe she has the right idea," Emily continued, "You all three just have a threesome and get it over with."
Darren head spun to look at her eyes wide in shock, "A what....no...no way...this isn't Penthouse magazine or anything...It's real people, Em...A threesome would..."
"Level the playing field as it were and get over yourselves!!!!!"
Darren looked away again not wanting Emily to see that the suggestion was making him start to think it over.
IC: Gregory Wolf
Greg saw Darren turn and leave and was just able to hide the smug look from his face as Rayna turned to him and said in a tone that voiced her irritation, "Lets go."
He nodded choosing the better part of discretion was silence as he followed after her.
" You Darren and I WILL talk this little snipes and ego problems and attitudes about the other being near me out," She proclaimed determinedly, "Or I am back in my apartment and you two will NOT see me unless I have to protect you two from Bishop."
"I agree we need to settle the problem," Greg shook his head. "Because I won't give up on you and I doubt Darren will either. I know you don't want to choose but I won't be happy just waiting or watching him with you and neither will he."
He took hold of Rayna's arm and spun her around so she could look into the sincerity in his eys. "The three of us won't be able to last for long together until you do decide to take charge of it as the center, the heart, of us."
