Steps out of the roller coaster car, I did not see that last loopty-loop coming ;)

The things that often impact us the most are things we never saw coming. Things that weren't planned for, nor could they have been. Some of it's good, some not so good. The good stuff is easy to handle. A big smile and off we go. But it's the not so good stuff that is much harder to handle. Me, I'm really bad at asking for help. Try to not burden anyone else. Not the healthiest, I know, but it's how I roll.

Sometimes some stress relief is needed, a run, a walk, a bike ride, a good hard fucking. Sometimes being goofy on a sex site is a great way to take your mind off of things for a bit.

No real question for the day, but just a reminder to find that way to step away from the stress in your life for a moment. It may not resolve it but taking a deep breath may be just the thing that gets you through.

I am excellent at doling out help. Ex-cel-lent. I am a fixer. :cool:

Asking for help, not so much. Taking it is even harder. Why? Numerous reasons. I don't want to burden others. I should be able to do it myself. I hate to rely on anyone else. It's embarrassing.

*wanders off to do stuff that she needs absolutely no help with*

Hmm...I love to help others. I've never seen myself as a fixer, though. Isn't this more of a supporting role?

Endless, relying on others shouldn't embarrass you. You're too hard on yourself. (Hug)
