Hello Litsters
After a long absence I think I deserve to put a Litiquette-style question, which has probably been asked before...
Has meeting people on Lit and reading posts and stories changed your attitude to sex? For better or for worse?
is that any good? :)

Yes it has. I want more of it. :D

Seriously, though, your thread is one of the best on this forum. Through your journey I've learned a lot about Transgender people. I had been extremely ignorant about it before and I wouldn't have learned as much as I have.

Nice to see ya around Girl!:rose:

*phew*
Thanks guys - for a while I thought no one would respond apart from Rainey :)

I suppose as the author of the question I should review the answers so far, suck on my teeth and think of something meaningful to say as we all nod quietly, looking into the dying embers of the camp fire.
I think this might sound out of sorts with the general agreements that Lit has helped my attitude to sex by qualifying my own. I've been happy to find an open-minded thinking about bodies and sex - that's all good... but... despite my best efforts to be open-minded, I have been kinda disturbed by some of the threads/posters ( present company definitely excluded ). Some people are very obsessive about their particular kink and I'm not sure I'd want to bump into them in a bar. Maybe I shouldn't include kinks with sexuality?
So that leads to my next puzzler...
Have you ever been obsessive or obsessed by something or someone? Are you still fighting it like a compulsion or has familiarity rendered it 'normal'?

This place hasn't changed me in that way at all.. I was me before I ever came here and other than meeting some wonderful people... And some that were anything but wonderful, I'm still just me.

LIT has reaffirmed my thinking about some people online.. This place is full of neurotic, sociopathic, pathetic, lying, fake baddass people to go along with the good ones. I'm not sure which side is winning, after all this time.

So what's the best way to re-enter this place after an absence?

lol...What a wonderfully timed question!

(nice to see you!)

I just kind of drop in unexpectedly and leave my gems of wisdom (or germs, however you interpret) and then hide again. ;)

Unchained ;)

I was going to say not quietly, but I like Leigh's reply better! (Sorry, VT, naked was just way too hopeful)

Perhaps the best way is to be sure of why you are back, and come back to your thread in the way you feel you can have the best experience for you.

Hoping this isn't just a passing sighting...welcome back:rose:

In the words of Monty Python (because it's too early to come up with something original)...

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

Good to see you back. :rose:

Naked probably won't happen. Fabulous is more likely

Thanks for the suggestions and the welcome back. Not sure exactly how back I am, so treat it like any other unicorn sighting.

Has anyone noticed the preponderance of Nov 30 birthdays in profiles? I see it mostly with newer people, but not exclusively. Is there a setting in profile options that defaults to that or is there a secret Nov 30 club I'm unaware of?

November 30 is about 9 months after Valentine's Day. Everyone got drunk and fucked on VD and that's why.

So that's how babies are made, y'all.

And here I thought Valentine's Day was the least likely day for fucking. So many haters out there for that holiday. I think St Patrick's Day contributes more to a birth rate bump.

sperm counts are higher in winter/spring.
imagine the irony.. those little buggers prefer when it's frigid!

That's why they recommend boxers for men with low sperm counts. Seriously. Keeps everything cooler if its not bundled up in tight briefs.

Just FYI...I still love the look of boxer briefs. FWIW...
