That's one of the good things about Lit, in my opinion. People come and go, so the mix is always evolving.

It is natural for people to be drawn to others based on things like sense of humor, their level of engagement, intellect, boobs, etc. I definitely have a group of friends here that makes it more fun to post and banter. That's not to say I don't like talking to other people, it just means I have history with some more than others.

And get this... we don't all get on Skype and talk about people. We banter on the threads and have fun. That's not to say there are no PM's going on (mostly trying to get defaulty to show us his dick), but it's just about silly fun and not malicious gossip.

I don't necessarily think there's a hierarchy. I think there are people who are more outgoing and more extroverted on the threads and that is sometimes mistaken for being "popular".

Not all, but there's definitely some who participate in the behind the scenes scheming.

I guess I've been incredibly fortunate to not be involved with Litsters who are scheming behind the scenes. Maybe that's luck or maybe it is, again, due to people being drawn to certain traits in others.

At times you do seem like a misanthrope. But I have noticed that you seem to be engaging in a more measured way and I appreciate that. It's been nice to see a different side of you that I may not have seen previously.
