I don’t see an upper hand here or in real life, other than the person who commands the room commands the moment. On Lit, the person who has something interesting to say is the person I most want to pay attention to. There isn’t an advantage other than words. In real life, yes, the girl with the honkers makes the guys go bonkers, but again, if she’s intellectually vacant it’s short lived. She’s only interesting for the amount of time your dick can stay hard, then she’s annoying. So does she have the upper hand? I guess, for a moment.

There are plenty of naked women on Lit that can make me hard—boobs will always get my attention, but does that give them the upper hand or me the upper hand? I don’t know. But I like boobs.

I think the so called hierarchy in Lit and life isn’t based on boobs, balls, money, or inbox ratio, just be who you are and people will like you or not. Fuck everybody! :)

The level of obsessing and constant harping on this question sours my opinion of the person or persons promoting it. If by now anyone here isn't adult enough to realize that people are going to talk or interact with whoever they choose to do so with then what turnip truck did they just fall off of?

While it breaks my heart that your opinion if me is soured, one has to be blind to deny what I’m saying has some morsel of truth. I’m not promoting this notion. It’s an observation.

I think it’s funny that you put such faith in the adulthood of Lit. Have you not seen the catty behaviour that exists? Or the guys pissing on the legs of girls to try to keep others off of them? Sure people are allowed to speak with whomever they please. But let’s not be naive to believe there is no such hierarchy, on some level.

Yeah, but who is really buying into it?

Perhaps those who are willing to answer questions here are a little less likely to buy into hierarchical bullshit 🤷

I have no idea what's happening in here but wanted to say
hi and tackle pounce many of you !

ruby deeeeeeeeeeelite! :D:heart:

It makes my heart happy to see you here. As you can see, Pmann has finally embraced his inner-Papa C and seems to be somewhat in charge around here.

#coronacraziness

I hope you are well!

The way I saw it play out was the girls all climbing over themselves for the same guys. That's obviously a female centric perspective.

I was way too new to dive in and so I just sat on the fringes and watched.

Have you seen the movie Mean Girls? There's a scene at the mall where all the teenagers turn into wild animals near a water fountain... That's how I picture this place 🤣

What I will say is judging a poster by his questions, it seemed pmann may not have emotionally graduated high school...

“The girls are going wild”

This is exactly right. Except the pmann emotionally never graduated high school. My therapist would say middle school. I thank you for the extra years. :rose:

I don't see a hierarchy here. There's so many different groups of diverse people that you could ask 10 different people who was "on top" and get 10 different answers. Of course there's those that perceive themselves to be on top <cough> Pmann </cough>, but that's not true amongst others.

I do not think I would be at the top of the Lit hierarchy. I don’t do any of the things that gets one there. I’m about as lovable to most as diarrhetic rodent. However, the few that like me, like me a lot. And they’re super hawt, so fuck all y’all.

I disagree with the on top statement. I believe I could easily start a poll with people considered to be in the hierarchy and we would get a pretty consistent response.

This isn’t so much about the high school stuff- lest Trekka get her panty line all visible. I’m talking more about desirability.

I don’t expect people to buy into it. I do think that people who post in this thread are quite thoughtful and can handle a little conflict and differing opinions. I would expect them to care much less about it. But to not observe it is shocking to me.

As Hotwords said, what makes someone stand out here is their thoughts and words, first and foremost. Or their big boobs avatars.

I do appreciate everyone contributing to this thread with their thoughts and opinions.

This is why I keep my big boobs off of my avatar. Whose got time for all that extra attention?
And thank you Pmann for asking thoughtful questions for us to ponder every day. It’s no easy task to keep this going, but i think you do a great job even if a little self serving at times. ;)

And who knew all i had to do was like you to be super hawt? Surely you have some homely Lit friends?

Ahhhhh...you spilled the beans...imagine a field of prairie dogs simultaneously popping up and looking your way at the sound of “big boobs”

Busted. That was my sneaky way of waving my big tits around without being super obvious.

I dunno about this.

I don't see a hierarchy, excepting of course that Ravi and his legion of alts are at the bottom of whatever structure exists.

From my perspective, the place is more of a complex Venn diagram of cliques. I aim for the cliques with boobs, the ones with wit, and sometimes get lucky and find some decent, kind folks as an aside.
I haven't the energy for pecking orders, and really don't much care to examine which demographic of what group has an advantage. That's too much like work. I'm not gonna be fool enough to propose whether there are more decent guys or ladies. Nope.
Too easy to hide the crazy in this medium.

Gotta agree with Blade. It’s too complicated. There is much more to people than meets the eye, or what they post. You just have to get to know what people are really like. That takes time and maybe some ups and downs until you get comfortable with each other.

I don’t see hierarchy, at least not anymore now that I’ve been here for a little bit. At first, some people seemed aloof to me, but then I got to know them and realized that most (not all) are very easy to talk to and maybe I had the wrong idea about them from afar.

I've found what you think about people based on how you read their posts in threads vs the interaction you have with them via PM are sometimes very different. Doesn't even mean they have different attitudes or personas, just that you view them differently. I don't think it's that different than the rest of life, some people you like, some you don't, and everything in between.

I have much to say on this topic

For years I've been having many verbal wars with Cliques, I felt wronged and they disgusted me.

One day someone asked me a question ( none of your business ), then I realized there's levels to it like anything else. You have the ones who try to destroy your name behind the scenes, have people not talk to you, spread nasty rumors about you etc.etc. Then you have group of friends posting together, they gossip, take over threads together, but aren't guilty of ( or proven guilty of ) behind the scenes antics.

It really doesn't bother me anymore, it doesn't affect me at all. If someone doesn't want to know me, based on rumors, then they aren't the people I want around me anyway. Nothing better, than the trash taking itself out.

As far as hierarchy, it's all a revolving door. 2 years from now, another set of people will have that spot

Most people don't see themselves as being in a Clique, they see themselves as hanging around friends.

As for me, I like knowing individuals separately, as long as they treat me well, we're good. I don't care about affiliations and don't have time to pay any attention to it anymore.

That's one of the good things about Lit, in my opinion. People come and go, so the mix is always evolving.

It is natural for people to be drawn to others based on things like sense of humor, their level of engagement, intellect, boobs, etc. I definitely have a group of friends here that makes it more fun to post and banter. That's not to say I don't like talking to other people, it just means I have history with some more than others.

And get this... we don't all get on Skype and talk about people. We banter on the threads and have fun. That's not to say there are no PM's going on (mostly trying to get defaulty to show us his dick), but it's just about silly fun and not malicious gossip.

I don't necessarily think there's a hierarchy. I think there are people who are more outgoing and more extroverted on the threads and that is sometimes mistaken for being "popular".

Definitely boobs.

I don't think it requires this much effort. ;)
