I haven't achieved enlightenment to be all knowing, yet, so, yes, of course I am still surprised, occasionally. It is less frequent, but the surprises "surprise" me with moments where I totally thought I knew how everything would roll out, but in the end, I got... surprised.

However, the surprises aren't always joyful, and I prefer to look at it as my open mind being filled full of skepticism, but more I look at things realistically.

What surprises me? In this day and age the kindness and depth of others. That will always be a thing to behold.

I have every reason to be cynical. But mainly I've learned that if I want the good stuff out of life it's up to me to go get it. And not rely on others.

I'm constantly surprised. Often by the stupidity of the average everyday American. I guess I put too much faith in people.

What surprises me?
1. That after 14yrs, my two cats still don't like each other. Why?!!!
2. I'm in awe that not even four years ago it wasn't even possible to reuse rockets and now it's almost routine.
3. How much pop/soda people buy in the grocery store.
4. The guy today not letting me cross the parking lot while it was raining. And I'm wearing a damn surgery boot shoe. Oh did that spark some mumbled swearing.

My fingers are conic, and my thumb is square. My ring finger is slightly longer than my index finger. my palm is square. I have a hitchhikers thumb, that isn't a murderer's thumb (I forget how to describe the non-murderer's thumb). My fingers are short (compared to the palm of my hand).

My life, heart, fate and head line, create an M. I have one spouse and three faint children lines.

My nails show slight indications of distal clubbing

I have pretty strong hands. I probably need to moisturize a little more, though. I'm gonna start wearing my skull ring again I think.

My fingers are long and thin. Nails are a perfect length for leaving marks if I want and usually painted a shade of red. Today no polish and I have black India Ink stains on a few fingers from a drawing. One ring, my diamond solitaire wedding ring.
Lots of long curvy lines on my palm, but that's all hocus-pocus in my opinion.
