I'm Mexican, Irish, and Danish. I've found the Latino/Irish combo to be fairly common.

Your reasons for "going black" are very noble. Mine? Not so much. I'd like to be a Nubian princess. Ebony skinned, almond eyes and full lips. Regal and exotic.

I would like to be a Chinese girl (similar to another poster who wanted to switch out to Asian) -- with long black hair, and be very tiny all over with no breasts or hips. Just delicate and doll-like. I wonder how differently people would react?

My favorite ethnicity is my own, so this isn't a change to my favorite, but just an interesting change.

Well, technically speaking, some believe that the irish immigrated from the Iberian peninsula approximately 10,000 years ago; shorter stature, brown hair, brown eyes, wavy to curly hair... The skin coloring lightened after 10,000 of being further north of the equatorial region, but not enough to be fair skin and blue eyed irish. That, some believe, was brought in by the celts or vikings. The former preceded the iberian immigration, which is funny, because then the celts (primarily irish and scots now) then emigrated back to all of europe, bringing besides other things, the bodice. An article of clothing that was incorporated into many traditional woman's clothing in spain/portugal, germany among many other countries.

Though technically again, the spaniards invaded ireland back in the 1500's.
Purportedly, because Ireland has had so much of an influx of either invaders or immigrants over time, the best each native irish can claim to be related to all other irish is about 95 percent.

My point being, that The irish and latin combo is, to me, history repeating itself.

Mexican too is a little tricky. It's believed that Native iberians 10,000 years ago, towards the end of the ice age, moved across the ice bridge bridging europe to the americas. The shorter dark complected, dark hair, brown eyed iberian of that era became one of the south americans (while asians came across another ice land bridge, at possibly multiple times, to make up the American Indians, and eskimos).
The point being that the iberians of 10,000 years ago, became the native central americans, which later were invaded by the Spanish about 500 years ago and became the mexicans of today.

Again, history repeating itself of the same/similar tribes getting back together, after several millennia.

I don't eat red meat much at all (2-3 times a year maybe?), so I will likely have a tummy ache tomorrow. And I have no idea if anything will be as delicious as this all looks. I'm probably setting myself up for disappointment...
 
yup, I get a tummy ache from eating beef too, but then it goes a little further south and feels like someone kicked me between the legs for a day or three...
Bacon I prefer not to eat because any pork I eat tends to give me a bad scent afterwards.
