I was going to say left forearm because it would be relatively easy to still wear separate outfits and I'm right-handed. But I am now thinking the foot would be better. Except I love cute shoes and you'd never find a cute shoe for a conjoined foot... so I think I'm back to the arm.

I'm indifferent to my birthday. It's typically around Thanksgiving, do that trumps my day.

I'm a traditionalist. Left shoulder to hip will do.
 
it's the stuff of nightmares for me to consider such a question as a possibility (mostly from when I was a kid) but whatever.

I'd have to say the hip. This way, me and my siamesed twin both have use of our right arms/hands, and personally, toes and finger tips are very sensitive parts of my body. If there was any surgery to separate us, it would make me cringe to consider such a part being cut. Or, leading up to any surgery to separate us, it gives me the willies to consider the possibility of tearing at such a fragile location(s). This would present certain problems with going to the bathroom, but whatever.

Hopefully, me and my siamesed twin still have full function of both our legs and we are joined by soft tissue of the hip, alone.

I wonder if everyone is considering pygopagus, thorapagus, rachipagus or ischiopagus siamese twins?

By the way, ~10% of all MALE siamese twins last longer than 10 months, whereas ~70% of all FEMALE siamese twins reach maturity.

You could get some cool custom shoes made up, you know. I believe Louboutin makes a fantastic 3 pair- a left, a right and a conjoined.
