Thank goodness it's a question that will return us to our deep, philosophical discussions.people say it's "windy and cold" quite often, why doesn't anyone remark that it's "warm and still" as that's far more an infrequent of an occurrence?
Maybe it is because calm winds are more the norm so it isn't worth mention. I like wind, so that makes it more noteworthy to me. And...
