I just read an article that said the internet just found out about his death.

To misshotndeep's post, lakesailor posted yesterday about Grizzly Adams passing. There have been others but their names escape me for now.

One thing is at least these folks are passing at a late age, & not in their 20's.

Yes, Natalie Cole & Meadowlark Lemon. I love Natalie's duet with her dad singing Unforgettable.

And Meadowlark. Every chance I got I'd watch the Harlem Globetrotters. Meadowlark & Curly Johnson were my favourite players.

I'm not exactly a football girl but heat, & real food is a rare thing in my life

All good here in Southern Maryland! Way too much shoveling for me. I'm too old but I'm at least in pretty good shape. They just finished shoveling out my neighbor hood.

I'm leaving the 4 foot drift on my deck for the sun and spring!!!

The boys are 11 & 12. They love having me as a back up Aunt for after school pick ups
or hanging with me end & beginning of summer.
There is not a reason to not have fun and still do the chores list or having a snack.
Yeah I am Pro video games when used correctly.... It's an Xbox Rep thing
They both are taller then I am now & still growing. Once they get out of high school I am sure they will tower over me
