"Sweet" Connie Hamzy Parente (born January 9, 1955), also called "Sweet Sweet" Connie aka Connie Flowers. Connie, is an American woman from Little Rock, Arkansas who is best known as a groupie who claims to have had sex with numerous rock musicians.[1] Hamzy also received some attention for her claim that she was propositioned by Bill Clinton, then governor of Arkansas.[2]

She is mentioned in Grand Funk Railroad's song "We're an American Band" ("Sweet, sweet Connie, doin' her act/ She had the whole show and that's a natural fact.")

Hamzy personally claims to have given oral sex to various members of the many bands that have traveled through Little Rock. Her alleged groupie escapades were detailed in a Cosmopolitan profile in 1974, and in 1992 she wrote a tell-all article for Penthouse.

I bought two radio controlled cars today. My company supports Operation Homefront and our family this year is 6 kids and a grandmother. The parents are both military and Army deployed both to Afghanistan. If it weren't for grandmother, no idea what the kids would have done. I am around so many First Responders, Veterans and Vet Bikers.
They really can't say anything I've never heard before.
And the crap they give me (most act like I am a little tuff ass sister).
<shrugs> so I can handle an used to Apha guys but Bullies I have no tolerance for.
I've been jumped 6 times this year in real life & a few on here by bullies and they get cut off real fast.
