Lit Email Problems! Please help!

Hi guys and gals-
I'm posting this through my husband's account because I've been locked out of the system (read on)....Last night, I stopped receiving e-mail notifications for subscribed threads and of new private messages. I checked my user options to make sure nothing had changed, and it is indeed still set to notify me of new replies and PMs. So, I figured maybe there was a problem with my email service, and changed my email address. Well, I never received the authentication email that would allow me back in the system. I tried re-sending it, and it still didn't appear in my Inbox. Then I figured that sometimes the new email account is slow and screwy (I know, I should have checked to make sure it received other emails first), so I changed it again to a very reliable account. Still no verification/authentication email. Again, I tried re-sending it...nothing. My email accounts are fine...I'm getting messages from other things, just not Lit. Now, I can read posts, but it's like I'm an unregistered user until I click the link in the email I've never received.

Has anyone else had problems receiving email from Lit? Any ideas on how I might get back into they system? Should I just wait and hope the email will come, or is there some way to fix this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

We have also had this problem today (and a couple of other occasions). Best option might be to email webmaster@literotica.com and let them know of the problem so they can look into it for you.

If you're just talking about receiving email notifications of new posts on threads you've subscribed to...I think Lit is having a problem with that since yesterday. I know I and any one I've talked to on Lit with today has had the same problem. I dont have it set so I get an email re PMs but I think it would be the same problem. So nothing wrong with you...it's Lit. I figure when they're able to, they'll fix it.

Yup I haven't been getting email notifications of posts or pm's since yesterday morning. Glad to know I'm not the only one... so now we know it's Lit and I'm sure they'll get it fixed.

Yep, thanks guys! I finally got the emails about 20 minutes ago. I've just never had this problem before, so I didn't know what to do. I certainly won't change my email if this happens in the future.
