Wow your Monday is over alreadyand mine is just starting
I made it out - and most of the way through Tuesday too - pretty good start to the week all round actually.

Mondays have never bothered me - it is Sundays and Tuesdays that I loathe. This particular day most of all. I have had friends die on a Tuesday, so I really do hate them.
Got some work done and have to sleep soon. Wishing LING a good day.

Went Shopping Sat. baked Butter Tarts -cleaned House- Sunday went to Nieces B Day Party & Hubby watched Football after we got Home

Sorry to hear about your friend's loss - that's never an easy thing. I had a friend lose his home to fire - twice. He has no childhood possessions any longer, first one took those. Second one, not quite as much. In both occasions, he had nowhere to go.
The first one actually took out a historic site. He lived, at the time, in the hotel of a local train station. A car went through the front window of the bar / lounge next door, it hit a gas line and the whole thing went up. They never rebuilt the hotel. My friend was taken in by a mutual friend - and sadly, our mutual friend (my oldest friend) died a few years later. My friend was the one that found him, so I suppose it was fate. That was in 2002.
He found another place a year later and sadly, about 4 or 5 years ago, an electrical fire took that place out as well. Not totally, but his landlady's family insisted that she sell the place and move to an assisted care facility. She was there for about 2 or 3 years before her passing.
Luckily, as my friend himself is now past 65, his pension kicked in and he can afford a few things. He sure has had some bad luck, but haven't all of us, at one point or another?

In my life, Tuesdays seem to be like Mondays for Garfield. If something is going to happen - it will happen on a Tuesday. Mondays don't bother me, because you can find new, fresh things on a Monday. Not Tuesdays.
Of course, working for myself, days are different.
I'd need a ticket to win the lottery and if finances don't improve, won't be buying one.
Heading off for a bit, I think the sleep is finally sinking in. Back later.
