I dont much care for Sandler really so I havent seen it (let me rephrase...Uncut Gems and the basketball one (Hustle?) that came out maybe two years ago were great. Punch Drunk Love was great. Spanglish is good. His EARLY comedies like billy madison, wedding singer, 50 first dates, and yes happy gilmore...arent great movies but are pretty funny for sure.
But his over the top nonsense doesnt work for me anymore, does some real stupid stupid shit, and apparently he uh...has vastly different political opinions than I do which never helps my perspective personally...

but i have heard Happy Gilmore 2 is not bad. Maybe one day Ill see it.

I think it may have?
It started off O-K, then it seemed to go poor so I addressed something and then it turned around and the guy said I was exactly right, exactly what they were looking for etc..
But...no feedback yet from the recruiter etc so...if I dont hear in a day or two Ill assume I didnt get it. So who knows? But interview 1 was last Wed, then Fri and then today, so they obviously liked me enough to fast track me and they have a critical project due around Dec, so they need someone asap. Im guessing its between me and that one other person they mentioned.
My last day at current job is Friday and heard I had to turn in my timesheet on Wed for approvals, which will be weird because I had to guess how much work Ill do on my final two days...but whatever.
At any rate, sure would be nice to know by Wednesday if Ill basically be out of work for only a week or less while they check my background for all the gun smuggling to both Israel and Palestine, drug sales in all the major cities up and down the coast, prostituion rings I run across the globe...etc.and then start work as a mild-mannered project manager.
