Does any one know of the exact time this is suppose to take place. I just caught the very end of it on the news and missed the time. Thank You

That would make it 4pm LA time. That doesn't make sense. Why light candles at 4pm in the afternoon? Are you sure it isn't 7pm local time? That's what I thought it was.

I'm sorry - you might be right - and I haven't found any articles on it to be sure.

It doesn't make sense to light candles in broad daylight in LA...

Perhaps it is 7pm whatever your local time is...
