Thank you ALL so much for the Valentine's wishes .
I will be off to the city in a bit, to see my plastic surgeon. I can't wait to see the result. And of course to be rid of the very itchy bandages .
So hopefully tonight I can do a long soak in my bath.
Promise new silly boobie pictures tomorrow.
For now some Valentine leftovers.

I m back home from seeing my plastic surgeon.
I m really happy with the result. The scars are still taped. The stitches didn't dissolve, will need a few more days. But was funny, my doctor told me, I have to tell you something. I was ok. He was well I made them a little bigger than you asked for, its still a 34B but fuller. So there was me thinking it was the swelling lol. But I m happy. The right one is still a little bruised, but it will fade. I m still not allowed to take a bath, but i m able to quickly shower, as long as I m with my back to the water.
And no lifting, exercise, or laying on my tummy. Will have another check up in 2 weeks. But I m a very happy EMM.

Let me offer you another example of the strength of this amazing woman. I went in yesterday to have nodules on my thyroid biopsied and it was such a horrible morning getting into town that by the time I showed up, I was in tears and had missed the appointment, but they got me in anyway (pathetic 44 year old crying made them feel bad) All day, this beautiful woman checked on me, sent me messages to make sure I was ok, and reassuring me that everything would be fine. Meanwhile, I broke down every chance I could get. Emmy sent her messages of cheer and reminded me how lucky I am to have such a strong, amazing woman in my life.
I swear, I just have never met such an amazing person.

I went in yesterday to have nodules on my thyroid biopsied and it was such a horrible morning getting into town that by the time I showed up, I was in tears and had missed the appointment, but they got me in anyway (pathetic 44 year old crying made them feel bad) All day, this beautiful woman checked on me, sent me messages to make sure I was ok, and reassuring me that everything would be fine. Meanwhile, I broke down every chance I could get. Emmy sent her messages of cheer and reminded me how lucky I am to have such a strong, amazing woman in my life.
I swear, I just have never met such an amazing person.

I think your doctor did a great job matching the shape & size to your body. I've seen some that have looked pretty scary right afterwards but ended up looking fine a few weeks later. Lucky you... yours look good from the beginning!
