When I was 20 I weighed 168lb's and was a ball of muscle, now I'm 33 and weigh 196lb's and am just a ball but you know what I like the man I'v become and a little fat is a small price to pay for self respect.

Of coarse being 168lb's would be nice, LOL, but if I was trying to get to my original weight that would be 6lb's 8oz and that's not gonna happen, LOL.

I think I look awful, whether I'm naked or clothed.

I'm only 20 and if this is my physical peak, then I give up. I'm 5'1 and weigh, on average, about 115-120. I've stopped excercising regularly (Tae Kwon Do, lifting, running, everything), and so I've gained a few lbs, so at the current moment I'm at 122.

Also, like Kitten Eyes, I am very pale. I never tan. This makes it impossible to hide any imperfection. I hate it.

Geez... this is depressing. I'm just gonna stop

The conclusion to that thread, if I remember correctly, was that if someone sends you their picture, please say something nice about it. You don't have to gush on and on, but there must be SOMETHING you can find that is positive to comment on. The person who sent that pic is waiting patiently(sometimes not so patiently) for a response of some kind. Silence is horrible.
