Can't imagine why not? What kind of law school did you go to?Curiously, this didn't come up when I was studying Contract Law.

Objection. Hearsay your honorI think it's fairly safe to say that all Bob cares about is a nap.
Admit it, you posted that looking for a rim shot.Oral contracts can be tricky in these contexts. Imagine the confusion when you're talking about the but-for test.
When is Eve getting in on the action? She probably feels left out.
They have pills now that can help it come upCuriously, this didn't come up when I was studying Contract Law.
i see what u did thereI would think this constitutes an oral contract, not a verbal one.
There was a movie, I think called Cherry 6000 (or something, it had Melanie Griffith in the lead) in the late 80s that had some of that. The begingin is all these singles at a bar trying to hook up and then having lawyers negotiate everything that will happen down to type of sex acts and whether breakfast will provided in the morning. This thread is making me want to read more erotica written with contract law in mind. Lawyers in stories here seem to entirely be divorce attorneys or generic high-status office workers that can threaten you with something only nominally legal. Do any writers here have a legal background? Where are the characters negotiating detailed contracts for free-use or master/slave arrangements, or writing the prenup for a polyamorous relationship? What does a responsible employment contract look like for a succubus?
I remember that movie! Kinda. Saw it. Once. But I remember itThere was a movie, I think called Cherry 6000 (or something, it had Melanie Griffith in the lead) in the late 80s that had some of that. Cherry 2000. I'm disappointed to see it's PG-13. Melanie Griffith in this has hair like Milla Jovovich in The Fifth Element. There was a movie, I think called Cherry 6000 (or something, it had Melanie Griffith in the lead) in the late 80s that had some of that. Bob is unlikely to complain is heQuick question about a story I'm writing.
Alice and Bob have agreed that she'll give him a blowjob, and then he'll grant a request of hers. She gets him most of the way there with her mouth, including a little ball action, but finishes him off with her hands, ending with him cumming on her face. No jizz crosses anyone's lips.
Did she hold up her end of the bargain?
Check out the cheesty old sci-fi flick Cherry 2000Now I'm picturing a bunch of law firms drafting and revising contracts for people to be signed upon before any sexual interaction.
