Quick question about a story I'm writing.

Alice and Bob have agreed that she'll give him a blowjob, and then he'll grant a request of hers. She gets him most of the way there with her mouth, including a little ball action, but finishes him off with her hands, ending with him cumming on her face. No jizz crosses anyone's lips.

Did she hold up her end of the bargain?

Depends on the details as agreed upon. A man can receive a blowjob without orgasming. The (written or verbal) contract would need to specify if there is to be an orgasm, and it what matter it is to be created. (mouth, hands or breasts).

It's a simple matter of habeus corpus.

Ask Bob.

Wow! The only Alices I've encountered have wanted to send Bob cryptographically secure messages and/or share information about an entangled subatomic particle.

If I were Bob, I'd ask Alice to repeat the communication.

Thanks, everyone. For what it's worth, the story calls for Bob being disappointed but Alice being technically right, so if the consensus was that she cheated him, I probably would have changed some details.

I would think this constitutes an oral contract, not a verbal one.

A while back I made a study of sex-work ads (call it "potential story research" but mostly just curiosity) and at least in that sphere, "blowjob" wouldn't usually include finishing there; that would be an extra charge.

Now I'm picturing a bunch of law firms drafting and revising contracts for people to be signed upon before any sexual interaction.

My next character will definitely be a Blowjob Lawyer.

"In the criminal blowjob justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups ..."

When is Eve getting in on the action? She probably feels left out.

I think the arguments and cases presented by both Bob and Alice is the real story here. That's your plot right there. It's like the Seinfeld parallel parking episode where George and that other guy argue over who's spot it is and whether you can parallel park head first or not and neither will budge and they hold up all the traffic. ; )
