But the general rule is ambiguity is construed against the drafter. So if he offers what she wants in return for the blowjob, any ambiguity in how it ends would be construed against him for the most part.

Now, if there is a custom and practice involved, that could affect it. Also, if he didn’t object that the time, it could be said that he accepted the performance of the obligations under the contract by Alice.

And, without going too long, there;s the issue of substantial performance. If she made a good faith effort to complete the blowjob but he couldn’t hold back long enough and came on her face, rather than in her mouth, then she’s good under the contract.

This is a very different story depending on the existing relationship, Alice's request, and Bob's attempts to weasel out. If she's given him a bunch of BJ's, and he always finishes in her mouth, his disappointment might be reasonable, if a bit entitled.

If this is their first time together, and she takes the easy way out, then pulls out her own dick, which he didn't know about, and expects him to return the favor, it's a totally different story.

But technically, a BJ is a BJ, even if she left him with blue balls. Unless there were specific finish agreements, she fulfilled her end of the bargain. And since he finished, he doesn't have much to complain about IMHO.
