Situation:
My trailer trash next door neighbor parked next to me last night. One of her friends thought it would be a cute joke to douse her car with a fire extinguisher. The fortunate tramp caught it shortly after it happened and hers washed right off. She didn't bother to let me know that mine was also covered. By the time I got to it, it was dried on, and I could not see out of my windows at all. Unfortunately, I had to work this afternoon, so it continued to bake on in the hot sun. After filing a police report and having the car washed, I learn I now have to get a new paint job....all over. The whole damn car. Ruined. A lovely chemical reaction took place, and ruined it.
My question is this: Am I within my legal rights to file this under HER insurance, since her car was the target, and it was HER friends? They all think this is so cute and funny. (Did I mention I don't think she's a day over 12? I mean 20?)
