Hello Ladys got a question for you
Being new to dressing what is the best way for me to keep the hair to a minimum on my legs?
Shaving is only good for about 2 days before i start to break out and it gets
irritating.
I know this might sound foolish to some.
But i figure ask first so i dont become a wool blanket lol
Thanks all

I found shaving got easier as I went. When I first started, I got itchy and irritated too after a few days. But now, it barely phases me. It only gets itchy when my boy-parts get some stubble on them and it starts to prickle at my thighs. :( Not the most pleasant feeling.

Sorry I can't be much more help than "keep doing it." But your legs really DO get used to it. Maybe 3 months for me.

Good luck!

waxing. nair. both last longer. use babyoil directly after shaving that usually helps. ummm if your gonna start hormones you will get anti androgens which will make the hair stop growing and even fall out, other then man parts hair and beard.

Babyoil is good. Also, what are you using to shave with? THere's some shaving creams for women that have moisturizers in it to help prevent that. Also, browse the section. There's lotions that are meant to be applied after shaving that keep the skin soft and minimize the appearance of regrowth.

Have you tried using an electric shaver, that kind with 3 circular blades? I found that less annoying than trying to shave in the shower (before I decided not to shave anymore).

Not a lady here, but long time fan of body shaving. Your legs do get used to shaving after a while. The trick is to always use a sharp razor. I use Quatro with a woman's shaving cream; legs, pubs, underarms and nipples. A new blade will last about two weeks before it causes irritation. The time will depend on the amount of hair you have and how thick it is. In two weeks I go in for my spring waxing; brazilian for the pubes, legs and I'm going to try the underarms this year to see how that goes. It's definitely a unique feeling that I enjoy and so have my partners the last couple of years. Good luck and have fun.
