When giving a lap dance, don'tput your weight on his lap. Just brush lightly with only a little pressure. You can vary the amount of pressure (weight).
You need a fairly wide comfortable chair that is padded but firm and fairly deep and has arms. This will give you the support you need.
When facing him straddle his lap with one or both knees on the seat. You can skim up and down his front and move back and forth.
