Hot Kitty Girl

Chem paused and took himself a deep breath again find himself a bit more fixated on her breasts and taking a moment to focus himself on her eyes which, while it took a while to get there from the nape of her neck and the hollow of her jaw were really quite fascinating. "Kali. That's quite a pretty name."

If Bunker even heard the cat girl he gave no notice. "Actually normally he doesn't talk very-" He was caught a little off guard as she snatched one his vials but he didn't have anything particularly dangerous on him, at least not that was pre-mixed. "No that's not a kind of booze, it's one the ingredients I use in my experiments. Mostly stuff for healing people but I can do some other interesting things." He grinned.

Sebastian w/ Micheal Hurst

Sebastian offered a hand, careful to keep the other on his bottle of wine.

"Smythe," he replied. "Sebastian Smythe. So I take it you're heading into the Stolen Lands, too, Mr. Hurst?"

In all honesty, Hurst didn't strike Sebastian as a man that it was particularly important to know, but one could never tell in these wild lands on the border. But if Hurst knew a bit about these Gayles, it couldn't hurt to see what else he knew.

"So, Michael - I can call you Michael, right? - what do you make of this lot?" Sebastian scanned the room. It was, indeed, a motley crew. The gentleman in the cloak of gold and silver clearly had the cash to throw around, but would his ostentatious behaviour do him well out there, with gangs of bandits prowling the countryside? There were a multitude of others who caught his eye - catfolk, dwarves, even one or two of those quiet strangers from further East.

These were to be the founders of new kingdoms. Sebastian didn't know whether to weep for the future or smile at the possibilities for personal gain.

"Anyone here you'd keep your eye on?" he asked Hurst, trying to sound casual.

Ravenloft

Blackwood grinned slightly. "No, no, you're not missing anything. Nothing important anyway. Just a minor family squabble." Tassis and Leelane had returned to drinking but theire eys were both still focused on some invisible, intangible thing that certainly was neither Blackwood or Vayah. "Bar Maiden, a whole chicken for my table and a new round of drinks that we may drink to our new ally!"

It only took a moment for a whole bird, which must have looked absurdly large to Vayah who was probably a only a fraction smaller than she was. "So you said you are next in line to be the. . .High Priestess? Is that a leader amongst your people?"

Gerade walked into this bar the Launch. He felt drawn here after his morning prayers. his lavender and grey explorers out fit was out, though not faded as many others he had seen in here it was just as sturdy. he kissed the silver medallion of a multicolored tailed dove and checked him self.

His beard was long and oiled. His lamellar armor was oiled and ready the metals faint lavender sheen apparent. He than checked his battered long sword at his hip and nodded. He entered this tavern called Launch, and looked about. His long black hair was pulled respectfully back and placed in a nice simple pony tail. On his back was his shortbow, unstrung and almost two dozen arrows on his back.

He walked past the others trying to keep to himself until he can get to the bar. he was looking about the room scanning it. He saw some well armored self proclaimed nobles, a small girl, possibly a gnome or a halfling in skins. He notices the eastern Tian at the bar, and the blushed at the scantily clad catgirl. He managed to get past them to the bar, his frame jingling with its metal tapping metal, especially the clank of shield on to his lamellar.

Once at the bar the tall human smiled to the bar tender showing his Gray eyes at him, and his obvious Taldan features, the well oiled gotee the almond tan skin. He placed a silver nib on the bar and spoke.
" A nice soothing red if you got one, as well as any news of an expedition south of here good sir"

"I'm sorry to hear that. Family is important, I hope that you all can work things out." Vayah said drawing her hood back to reveal her woven locks. The bone white teeth at the end of each braid clicked and clattered against one another. Her eyes went wide when she saw the chicken Blackwood had ordered being brought to the table. There was so much... "Y... You'll all help me eat this, right?" She asked hesitantly, licking her lips in awe.

High priestess... Ugh... She didn't want to think about it. "Yeah, a spiritual adviser, a healer. Respected. Protected... Over protected. Very little time to be myself..." Vayah shrugged, taking her knife and slicing a small chunk of meat for herself.

Gerade found himself sitting next to a tall slender woman with a fiery red mane that ran the length of her back, it's color a sharp contrast to the flowing green dress she wore which might not have been doing much for her modesty but in comparison to the other women she was easily the most covered up. Her green eyes turned slightly towards him traveling the length of him and then reached into a sack next to her and pulled out and apple and took a large bite of the crisp apple. A trickle of juice ran down the corner of her mouth before she wiped it away.

His wine arrived as did a small glass that was sat down behind the lady who for the moment was much more interested in the fragrant apple she was eating. "I'm sorry sir, I'm rather busy right as this moment, if I can grab a moment later I'll tell you what I do know."

A pure white ferret stepped from behind the woman's bag and quickly scampered it's way into her lap. "Oh, there you are Fisher. I'd wondered where you got off to." She cooed resting and hand on his side.

Mysterious green Woman

Gerade flashed a smile to the woman and looked at her. he stood up straight and flashed her a gold piece.
"Would a gold piece change such an exquisite creature as your self, I would give you more but have no platinum to give my beautiful stranger"

(Diplomacy check?? what do I use to roll?)

He looked at the woman waiting for his reply as he looked about at the room to see what infact was going an, he eyed the table with the small woman and the nobles. he eyed a few others trying to access the situation in here and see if he is in danger what he would need to diffuse the situation or if need be how to best fight his way free with hopes of not slaying a soul.

Deevo

The man's blonde brows lifted for a moment, clearly shocked that anybody had recognized him. "Just Hurst, please. I'm truly flattered you recognize me however, you'd be amazed how many people don't." He smiled slightly and finished his meal. "If I had to pick a handful of people to keep an eye on I'd first have to ask what are you looking for. Allies? Threats? People to avoid? I can tell you I've seen those weapons before in combat once." He nodded toward a dwarf and human, both armed with guns. "I know I wouldn't want anybody pointing those things at me."

Then Hurst twisted slightly in his seat to frame Chem over his shoulder. "I've only known a few wizards and chemists and I'm not buying Mr. I've never seen a pretty woman before. But if he is that nervous I wouldn't want to be around him encase he trips. Aside from those two I'm personally impressed whenever a small folk humiliates a blow hard.

Ravenloft

Blackwood smiled, or at least he made the attempt to smile. "I suppose family is important. I've never been particularly close with most of my family. That's basically why I'm going on this little venture." He looked across the table at the other Gayles. "I am however genuinely grateful not to be doing it alone. There was the briefest of silences, clearly tangible between the three.

Tassis smiled. "Of course some of our kin may not mind treating you as an Uriah, but I certainly care. And yes Vayah, we'll be helping you with this meal and there will probably be some left over for the dogs, certainly there will be bones.

The three of them cast a few glances between them at the teeth woven into her hair but nothing so rude as staring, or even particularly rude. Leelane seemed quite intrigued by them.

"I don't think there is any risk of you being overprotected though." Blackwood finished as the same maiden returned with plates and utensils and Blackwood began cutting off pieces of meat for them all.

Kumio picked up her cup of tea and sipped it for a moment as she thought of an answer to the barkeep's question of being alone. She gave a little smile as she balance the cup on her knee as she continued to lean with her back against the counter.

"Yes, I may be alone, but I've done much while being alone. The need for someone to help isn't always needed for my line of work. Some things I do best when alone."

She took another sip as her eyes drifted around the gathered company, studying them carefully. She picked up bits and pieces of the conversation between Vayah and the royals, making a few mental notes. Though she couldn't hear any of the conversation between Kali, and Chem, it seemed to be taking an interesting turn. She spoke once more to the barkeep.

"My reasons for being in the area are more for business than any sort of need to form alliances. Though if business does turn to alliances, I have no problems with that. It's really all a matter who would benefit from the type of services I offer."

She pulled off a leg from her chicken, chewing it slowly as she turned over the possibilities in her mind.

The woman turned towards him, making a point to flip her hair over her shoulder as she did and smirked slightly. "You know, I'm kind of curious, what do you think I'd change into if you gave me a piece of gold, or even a platinum?" She purred. "I know I'm half naked like all the other trollops in here . . ." she took a deep breath and arched her back pretending to stretch and also drawing attention to the neck high, floor length dress she was wearing. "but usually when a man offers a woman money before her knows her name he's implying something."

She leaned forward and opened her mouth about to speak and then she noticed something. Something that had never, ever happened to her when a man approached her and spoke. He appeared to be looking around the fucking room.

" I my dear am thinking your the type of woman who knows a thing or to about this place, As for what I'd wish for you to turn into its would be nothing as your beauty enthralls many a man here, i to would be thusly enthralled if i wasn't a little uneasy here, I'm not much for dives like this, but a man pointed me here if I wished to head south"

he turned to look at her and flashed his smile again and blushed as he noticed her busom and than scratched his head, before he slide clossre to her and looked into her eyes "I woulod for go the Gold if you want to just give me the answer to my question, i mean i could think of a dozen songs i could sing just about your eyes alone, but i bet a woman like you wouldn't fall for a charm and wit, so i thought a little coin to get a beverage and a bit of conversation wouldn't hurt"

"I meant no disrespect by it miss. I'm just an old man who's seen a lot."

The tender was away for a few minutes as he met and kept up with the various orders, and kept the maids from spending too much time in the back resting on their rumps when they should be out in the tavern bringing in the gold pieces that kept them in food and shelter.

"I don't know what your business is miss, and honestly like most the folk in here, I'd rather not know. Everybody's got a story." He shrugged slightly. "If you need anything, holler. Someone'll come. Until then enjoy the rest of the day."

The woman gave a lopsided smile and again, a deep breath. "Well at least you don't want to turn me into anything and you're. . .not the worst flatterer I've ever met. She tilted her head slightly but sank sensually into her seat. "Yes, the Launch is the place to come if you are headed south."

For a moment she tried her best to look angry at him but it collapsed behind a giggle. "You know, I don't think in all my very long life I've been called a prostitute twice by the same man and found it flattering both times." She snatched up the coin. "Don't think that just cus I took your money means I've accepted any job beyond what I've already done."

A seedy tavern at the edge of the civilized world, A last port of call for hopeful fools that think they can tame the wild lands ahead, idiots that are stupid enough to think that leaving the safety and comfort of home to march in to the unknown was a pretty appealing plan. Arkan 'the White' was one such individual, adopted son of a noble house, he had luxury most could only imagine behind him, but he didn’t want it, a sheltered life of monotony bored him, he wanted adventure, he wanted to earn his keep, he wanted to carve out his own slice of existence and make it his whether it wanted to be or not.

Of course, he want alone in this desire, as he walked in to the doorway of the tavern and the glow of his blue eyes from beneath his winged helm passed over the room, he saw countless people who no doubt wanted the same as him, with luck he was looking at allies, but he knew some of them would be mere obstacles. He made his way further in to the tavern he nodded politely at any who caught his eye, though most who were looking at his were only seeing his armour, not surprising, it was an exquisite set, a true work of art, a mix of fine red fabrics, light chain and masterfully crafted plates of Elysian
Bronze, all topped of with a slender winged full helm made of the same brazen metal.

Once he reached the bar he removed the helm and placed it on the counter top, giving his blond hair a quick flick which managed to make it fall in to a stylishly disheveled look, before turning his soft and pale face to the barkeep. “Hello barkeep” he said jovially “Might I trouble you for some water to clear my throat before I enjoy something harder?”

"You could build a family of your own one day..." Vayah observed as she ate the chunk of meat from the end of her knife. She smiled at Tassis show of concern for the Prince as she chewed and swallowed. He mouth was full as she lit up a little at the mention of leftovers. "Mph, could I take the bones to Xax do you think? He'd like them!"

She ate a few more bites, loudly smacking her lips. "Mmm, this is very good, thank you, Prince. I was... Oh..." She looked down to see the plates and untensils being laid out. "Right, you use these things..." She observed, covering her mouth with the back of her hand and taking a plate. She pushed the half eaten chunk of chicken she'd taken onto the plate and began cutting it up like the rest of them.

She looked over at Leelane who was covering her mouth with a cloth napkin after having sipped some wine. Then she looked back at Blackwood and sat her utensils down and picked up her napkin, dabbing her lips like Leelane had, giving him a small smile.

Kali & Chem heading to the bar

Kali sniffed at the vial curiously, her nostrils flaring as she huffed. If the mild mannered alchemist was ogling her rather impressive bustline, well the catfolk wasn't aware. That simple attire left little to the imagine as it was, so it wasn't exactly hard to get a good peak of those lush, ripe swells held up and together in a delicious display.

An almost disappointed look crossed her face at the acknowledgment that the vial did not contain some potent liquor. She seemed to lose interest very suddenly with it after that and without another regard for the vial she tossed it back at him. Her ears did perk at his words though, the disappointment quickly changing to curiosity all over again.

Experiments? Healing? Are you some kind of mad wizard? You don't look like any wizard I've seen. They got beards and pointy hats,” She said without hesitation. With the way she held herself and the look on her face one could believe she actually meant what she said. Yet even with this, the undeniable scent of cooked flesh caught her senses. Kali was nothing if not a slave to her desires, which changed quickly and readily. She scrunched up her nose and offered a little wiggle of it as she sniffed the air again, those amber orbs gliding away from Chem and towards one of the roasted chickens that were being so readily consumed.

Are you hungry? I'm hungry. Buy me some food and tell me about what things you can do with your funny vials and colored water,” The catfolk all but demanded, her hand sliding out to the front of his shirt and taking a hold. Without another thought she lead the man towards the bar, already greedily eyeing the chicken leg the curious woman named Kumio nibbled upon.

The shinobi smiled and gave a nod to the bartender for his response. She knew that most people didn't want to know what she did until it was needed. She took a few more sips of the tea as she continued her observation of the crowd. Such could have her pick of alliances she knew.
Her attention was drawn to the door as yet another patron entered the tavern. She gave a little smirk at how richly he was dressed in his armor. The tavern was filling up with some sort of nobility. Well, that meant some money could help her out, but she wasn't one to just jump in the bed with any money.
She studied the richly armored stranger, but she didn't recognize the crest or style. After a few moments she pulled her gaze away to see Kali and the man she had been talking to heading her way. She never had any problems with the catfolk, and Kali looked hungry at the way her leg of chicken was being eyed. She grinned for a moment.

"Plenty of chicken to savor here. And plenty of room for one of the beautiful catfolk."

He chuckled a bit as he looked at her, he hadn't dealt with many woman scince Jaleesa the woman who taught him the basics of paladinhood. The woman had knighted him and was his first lover. He looked into the eyes of thus woman and smiled a broad warming smile as he waited for a glass of red wine to be placed on the bar.

"I apologize if I offended you i don't get out much." he looked away for a second and pointed to the table with the nobles and began to speak again " I madame am Sir Gerade Almont, and its a pleasure to meet you My lady, but I ask what must a humble fool who seems to inadvertantly insult you and stick my foot in my mouth must do to get you to talk on yonder nobles there"he smiled looking at the red haired woman, and than slowly drew her gaze to the table with the Nobles and the small humaniod.

Kittenofdeath

It was difficult to go unnoticed when you walked in wearing such armor and nearly everybody gave Arkan at least a brief glance before returning to whatever they were previously doing. A few random comments about the rich boy were bantered about most of them more in jest than anything else but nothing serious.

On the way to the bar amongst the people he found himself acknowledging was a young man a shaved head and a bandolier of throwing knives and a warm smile. He watched with a wary eye as Arkan walked past then turned back his meal, some kind of soup.

The tender quickly brought a water and set it down without saying a single word returning to his other patrons quickly. Before Arkan would have a chance to take his drink a throwing knife hit the counter just to the left of his mug.

Blackwood turned slightly first to his cousins, then to his new acquaintance. "Perhaps someday." It was a bit of a sore subject with him and it was obvious he was about ready to drop that particular line. "Of course you can take some bones to Xax, just leave a few for my own dogs."

The trio watched her eating off the tip of her knife but again, it wasn't patronizing. Tassis was just in the process of stabbing a piece of meat for himself when she decided to change tactics. "Don't worry cousin, soon we'll be far from prying eyes and you can do it. It'll be grand to be the ones making the rules won't it?"

That seemed to be something that all three of them could agree upon.

"So we need to find a safe place, ideally some place with water, and good hunting grounds encase things are as bad as people say."

Hot Kitty Girl, Jadeknight

Chem watched her with an amused smile, it wasn't that he was any less interested in the curvacious woman it was that he was suddenly a lot more interested in the way she moved. Considering her feline appearance she didn't remind him so much of a cat as a viper, liquid and flowing and very, very sudden when it mattered.

Catching his vial with one hand she was already dragging him along before he could open his mouth. "Not a word Bunker!" The dwarf responded with the slightest shrug as his friend was pulled right past him.

"Don't suppose I can get some as well?" He asked Kumio as he was practically deposited in a seat. "Tender, drinks!"

Once the drinks had arrived and she'd slowed down enough for him to think. "No I'm not a wizard. I'm a chemist. It's. . .you know what it's close enough. I can do marvelous things. Like, well," He pulled out one of the larger vials and poured into his drink. "Well bottoms up!" He took his drink and down it in a single quaff some of it missing his mouth in the process and shrank down to the size of a child!

She shook her head and sighed. "You really don't get out much do you? You must spend a lot of time behind closed doors. First you offer me money to talk to you, and now you want me to tell you about some group of nobles?"

She lifted her drink taking a few sips before setting it back down. "You're lucky I'm so nice, even I'm surprised." She made a quite the show of crossing her svelte legs and turned towards them. "Those would be the Gayles. They technically aren't part of Brevoy and are rarely acknowledged but nobody is going to complain under the circumstances. Aside from that I'm neither a historian nor a library book, and the Gayles are not my favorite subject, so you get to ask a question and if I know the answer I'll tell you, if not, tough."

" I don't get out often, My father sent me here to the Gilded Lily to learn fighting techniques, I take most of my meals and sleep at the school"he blushes at her exposed leg, still unused to woman so open with there bodies but as with his meditations is not to judge, for all creatures have the ability to love.

"I don't often get to social events as my studies and meditations keep me busy, but i would love to hear your knowledge on these nobles and maybe a name so I can properly address such a ravishing beauty by there proper name" he said smiling as he wore a bright red look to his face trying to recover from this lioness and her den he had wondered into.
