Let's say someone came to the board and had a failed online affair, or failed at gaining the attention of a particular love interest, or hell let's even imagine that maybe they were flamed unmercifully. So they go back to their Computer Science major friends crying about they were so woefully wronged, and for no good reason. In any of those scenarios, anyone remotely involved in any of those incidents could be a potential target.
