By all means then, Tonto, please explain to us in your own words your definition of the term "infrastructure".

Personally, I'd include things like the national power grid, water systems, sewer and wastewater systems, broadband internet, dams, dikes, flood control system, weather monitoring systems, lots of stuff...not just "roads and bridges".
