Judge blocks Trump's blatantly unconstitutional birthright citizenship order

I would add:

I want that case fast tracked to the Supreme Court just to see President Musk (and DonOld) get slapped down hard early on.

A rolled up Constitution whack to the snout might teach President Musk (and DonOld) something.

👍

Want to make a bet? If I win you take your sideways cunt out of here forever. If you win I'll leave.
No one can predict how the high court will rule. Barrett ruled in Merchan's favor to allow the Trump sentencing to play its course. Ballsy bet.

Yes, but the four conservatives who voted in Trump's favor will be important if an appeal is made to the SCOTUS in case of a negative forthcoming verdict in the NY Appeals Court, as a vote of four is all needed for certiorari. ;)

A Reagan appointment.

“I have been on the bench for over four decades. I can’t remember another case whether the question presented was as clear,” Coughenour said.

“Where were the lawyers” when the decision to sign the executive order was made, the judge asked. He said that it “boggled” his mind that a member of the bar would claim the order was constitutional.
It's Eastman...so it tracks.

If I was the judge I would refer the government lawyers defending this policy to the state bar authorities for disbarment.

Trump wants to operate as a dictator beyond the rule of law. Any lawyer helping him should face the end of his or her career.

I agree, however, I listened to an episode of Mark Levin and how he explained that not ruling against Merchan's felony sentencing set a precedent that give state courts the authority to interfere with federal jurisdiction. Called Barrett out of her mind and a coward. The Supremacy clause rules one time all the time. My jaw dropped when I read Barratt's ruling. She's a Robert's disguised as a female.

You need to read the 14th amendment and prior court rulings to understand why it needs to be overturned. People don't understand what "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" means.

Correction, not overturning the 14th, my mistake, but defining section I as it pertains to the birthright controversy.

There's a reason why people agree with Eastman's horseshit. And it's not because the 14th Amendment needs to be overturned.

I take issue with your premise that this member’s brain is functional and is subject to be rotted.

Yeah, if anything, it would pollute the air inside ineedhelp1’s empty cranium…
