Jpeg size

Hi folks. Newbie here and I need some help. I've tried downloading some pics but I'm told they're too big. I cropped them using Photosuite but they're still large. Any suggestions. Thanks for your help.

try cropping if its already cropped use quicktime to compress the jpeg again
