Moderators police embedded images and remove them. The stated concern is legal liability (criminal, copyright, tort) for things that exist on Literotica's server. They have decided that a URL to any other site is safe. (It's the other guy's problem.) It was only in the past year (or maybe two) that this policy was adopted or rigorously enforced at least and on occasion things slip through. The ability to embed remains because not every conceivable image is actionable. Besides, coding the feature out would cost money and that is, in many cases, reason enough for any business to not do something.

Their advice to you would be to upload your pictures to a site that is willing to take more risks than Literotica and provide a link to them here on Lit.
