Joe is running.

To be fair, "he stands no chance" was said often and repeatedly about the current occupant of the white house.

Mmmhmmm.....here is the difference, the guy currently in the WH

1) didn't have a terrible campaign record.

2) didn't have a record of flip flopping to echo whatever the popular slogans were at the time to backtrack on.

and last but not least.

3) he wasn't hated by his own party/base for his genitals or the color of his skin.

Yang is the only (D) so far with a brain cell that's firing. I don't agree with him but at least he has real ideas beyond "Fuck white guys and rich people!!" but he is a he and basically white enough....so he's fuckin' out too.

The (D)'z are going to run K. Harris. She is the correct gender and skin color.

Imagine how much more graft Biden and his son will be able to extort from various countries when he is President rather than merely Vice President. Smart move!

1) Trump ran previously and did horrible

2) Trump flip flopped between parties

3) Trump was/is hated by his words and actions.

So there is not much of a difference.

1) Trump ran previously and did horrible

I wasn't aware he'd run for POTUS before 2016.

2) Trump flip flopped between parties

But he didn't especially on some key positions, namely immigration and economic regulation.

Things the (D)'s have been sane and moderate on until a few years ago when they decided an open border communist state was the new objective.

3) Trump was/is hated by his words and actions.

So there is not much of a difference.

By the other side....not his own base, or even a decent number of the moderates/center folks, massive difference.

2000: Trump enters the presidential race as a Reform Party candidate and receives more than 15,000 votes in the party's California primary.

Though Donald Trump's presidential campaign has thus far been a series of unfortunate events, this isn't the real estate mogul's first time at the election rodeo. Since the late 1980s, Trump has threatened, with varying degrees of seriousness, to enter the race.
Here is a timeline of Trump's history in politics:

1987-1988: Trump considers a run for president, while simultaneously juggling large debts stemming from his purchase of the Taj Mahal casino.
2000: Trump enters the presidential race as a Reform Party candidate and receives more than 15,000 votes in the party's California primary.

Cool...

Fortunately for Trump this isn't the vote he's trying to win.

That's who Joe is trying to win over....best of luck Joe.

Is Libsam back?

They said the same about Barack.

As we get closer to the elections, I'm prepared to see more of these alarmist threads from the frantic Right. There is something about far right-wingers and their smug and entitled attitudes that is just a major turn-off.

If he doesn't stand a chance, obviously they wouldn't be so damn threatened.

Gotta love the Dump Humpers who didn't bother to get their asses off the couch to support the gasbag, but bitch about the Left (the Left is anyone who is left of the fringe nutty Right) all day, every day.

He doesn't and nobody is.

Harris and Sanders sure as shit aren't....they are worried about each other.

Sanders is the radical lefty and Harris while not quite so radical in some issues is open to those ideas but she is the "correct" race/gender combo for the intersectional/identitarian bigots.

If the (D)'s shit on one to push the other and get caught again they will in all likelihood have another 2016.

If they quit undermining democracy (or don't get caught this year) then they might have a chance at beating Trump with one of those lunatics. In the popular vote anyhow LMFAO!!! :D

Maybe Joe will pick Mo as a running mate and get the JoMo MoJo.

It would be silly to say he has no chance, but I'm a Biden skeptic from way back, owing mostly to his lousy showing the first two times he ran for president. He's never won over any electorate larger than the state of Delaware.

Prediction: he will stay at or near the top of the polls until the first Democratic debate, and then things may begin to shift some. He's out of practice as a campaigner, and it just looks to me like he's slowed down quite a bit. The contrast with younger challengers is not going to flatter him (Sanders is older than him, but old is part of his brand).

the only ones going to be chewed up
are the shark pack
clamoring to run against
