I had to enroll a large manufactoring company yesterday. These people work *hard*, I mean HARD. They are out in the sweltering warehouse on assembly lines working their ass off for hardly any money. They came into the meeting covered in dust and grime, some with their hands completely black from working with the raw material.
One man had to pay child support, and keep his children on the insurance plan - leaving him with practically nothing in his take home pay. It was heartbreaking.
This is a short note to show my respect and appreciation for those who work in these conditions.
