Thoughts and prayers to family

Rest in peace where the internet is free and never goes down!

Jen... so sorry to hear this....

Truly a bummer to lose someone from here we knew as a real person. Thank you for letting us know. A reminder to myself... I'm so bad with deaths of others. You gave him a lot of fun moments Jen. You should feel really good about the relationship you had. Your opening up to us, is really special to all of us.

Blue skies, George

Our friend George passed away last night. He was my oldest friend here and always had my back and I loved him to death. I am very sad right now, but understand he's in a better place. The suffering is over and someone as sweet as him will find the light at the end of the tunnel.

This photo is one that I took just for him and never shared with anyone else, it was sort of our special shot. It was his favorite photo of me, I think because it left a lot to the imagination. He told me that when the end did come, I was to post it so he could get one last look if it was possible and I promised I would.

So here you are Georgie... fair winds where ever your journey takes you.

Love you always,
Jenn

It's gratifying to see a 'remote' friendship and respect extend beyond this plane. It gives hope where there is none and comforts all who really see the ties even in a place that is better known for distant anonymity. May we all be remembered so fondly. Au revoir, George.

Am so sad to hear about George's passing. He was part of our family on Lit back in the old old days along with another great friend who has since passed away Sybilrose. Thank you so much for being a great support for a true gentleman.

RIP George....

i know this is Jens thread, but as the sometimes poster i am, I got to know george some from here, and his other threads. I know he was here all the time and it was something to look forward to.

I am sure George is up above looking down, touched by the people saying such nice things. I was told today by my friend Chainzz. It made me sad, but glad that i got a moment in time with someone that touched so many.

Raises a glass in a toast to a good man. *cheer*

Jen, I am sure he is smiling down on you

It is very sad to hear of George's passing.

He made a lot of contributions to this thread.

He will be greatly missed.

Irish Blessings For George

I could have wealth beyond my dreams,
But where is the joy in that?
And I could travel the seven seas,
But I would always come back.
Everyone could know my name,
And there would be no peace.
I could have undying love,
And heartaches still increase.
No, if I were wealthy beyond my dreams
(And where is the joy in that?)
It wouldn't buy friendship such as yours --
And there IS joy in that!

GEORGE

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
May the rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.

I can certainly see why that picture held such a special meaning for him. Simply beautiful...

I always seen in your thread Jenn how close you were with George and I am very sorry for your loss .. As I know that alot of people here posted on his thread ... He will be missed by many here :( But you put it so very well "Fair winds where ever your journey takes you" and I am sure that he will have those

Jen,
I'm sorry for your loss of a friend. Feels like we've lost a friend, too. Your interplay with George, was friendly, real and touching. I always loved to see the two of you talking because you were obviously friends. There isn't enough of that easy friendship in the world.

My sincerest condolences.

Very sad news! I didn't know you, but I know you were well loved and respected. Here's to you, George.

Sad news indeed

Hi Jen,

As a long time follower of your thread from the shadows I know the relationship that you had with George. I always had the impression that George was very protective of you in this internet world and I am sure that he will continue to be. Here's hoping from now on he will be your guardian angel and look out for you from wherever he is now. My thoughts go with you.

I posted a msg the other day to George and when I didn't hear back from him I was afraid of the consequences.

Yes, he was one of the good ones and im sure he was the same person in real life too...

When you look up "nice guy" in the dictionary you see his picture...

Jenn - like you said now he can be at peace.... no more pain!

wow Ive been gone for a few days, and finding out that george has passed is a stunner. He was truly a great man and will be sorely missed. I must say that his very favorite pic showed great taste.

George Rest in peace

I don't talk to many guys on here, and had only a few chats with George, but in those he showed to be a true Gentleman.

I know of some who no longer visit here that would also pass on the message that he will be sorely missed.

It is a sad sad loss, '17 Jewels dictate the rules' the line under his name, now seems more poiniant

God speed you to wherever you are George, hopefully the net runs faster for you there
God bless

I've missed George's postings as I had followed him for a long time. Hate to hear of his passing.

This is a very nice picture. George had good taste in selecting it as his favorite photo.

The picture does leave a lot to the imagination. It looks like you're undressing at the beginning of a deliciously erotic evening for you and your lover. What happens next, George and the rest of us can only imagine. Fortunately, after reading your stories and seeing your other pictures, we all have highly developed imaginations when it comes to dreaming about you.

Sweet dreams, George.
