I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of the rights of the people by the gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.

Madison was rather blatant is some of his actions that circumvented the constitution.

The time is now 0659, I have been up since 0415, went to bed around 0100. Can't think too well.

I can quickly come up with midnight judges... There are a few more, but I will be damned if I can recall them right now. Maybe later in the day okay?

Besides, I want to read up on it so I don't sound like a complete and total asshole. I manage to do that often enough as it is. :D
