I wish they would give a bigger role to Jacqueline Obradors on NYPD Blue. They just use this beautiful and talented Latina actress as window dressing. Charlotte Ross, the blonde, gets all the speaking lines and the melodramatic life.

I remember Charlotte Ross from a TV soap opera, I think it was Days of Our Lives. She was the bad girl, always seducing some guy and deliberately leaving the door open so the guy's girlfriend would walk in on them in flagrante delicto. She loved stirring up mischief almost as much as she liked riding the "baloney pony". So I still think of her as a bimbo slut. Come to think of it, she's sleeping with Andy Sipowicz, so she's STILL being a bimbo slut. I know this is only her character, but I suspect Mz Ross has some of this in herself or she wouldn't play such roles so convincingly.

Jacqueline Obradors has been in a couple of movies but still hasn't gotten her big break. I think she's needs to move out of window dessing on NYPD Blue and show that Latina actresses have talent, like Selma Hayak has done. I predict grteat things for Jacqueline.
