good news on a rainy day!

Why did Senator Paul wait to cast his vote? His toupee was bitten by the fox, too, and he needed a replacement?

Where are all the haters?

Waiting on the Arizona audit to overturn the vote, I imagine.

There was never any chance she wouldn't be confirmed. Anyone who believed otherwise is suffering from Fox blindness.

Just a thought- if Thomas were to take a turn, and Congress ends up going the other way....should Biden nominate Garland again?

Wouldn't that be something to watch from the gallery.

McConnell said today in an interview with Jonathan Swan of Axios News that if the Republicans gain power in the senate and Biden is still President and another vacancy occurs on the SCOTUS he would not hold confirmation hearings on any choice Biden made for SCOUS.

That could lead to a seat being vacant for up to six years. Do they really hate the government that much?

Oh, who am I kidding? Yes, they do.

That's not actually what he said. They tried to ask him a gotcha question and he basically gave a non-answer

No he didnt

It's really sort of a pity that the quality of the constituents that many Republicans are forced to go after requires them to be flaming assholes about such things as the Jackson appointment to the Supreme Court.
