If it is your story, because the readers think your characters are worth hearing from again.

If it's a movie, because the financiers think they can extract more money from the movie goers by using a tried (and tired) format.

Yes, I guess I'm a little gullible. But, water and fuel cells is definitely doable so why not milk? But the question to me is, why would you unless it's a college or high school project?
