Oh MY Gawd! Vella plays dulcimer and has at least 5 Ren-faire costumes. She's totally from that time period, if any. Growing up in a sea-fairing town leaves her with a healthy repertoire of sea shanties, and when sung with the eldest daughter are just mesmerizing. I've no doubt, a third party would make it even more smashing! I'm enamored with each of them individually, but something really special seems to happen when they begin singing together. She has a lap dulcimer, yes, but her specialty is the full-on hammered dulcimer. It's huge, was custom made just for her, and she plays it beautifully. I love it. April ... around the middle, we're planning to hold the second annual Love Shack Litogether. Last year in March we had 13 or 14 lit personalities .. it was awesome.
