this particular jerkoff is not shipping until Paypal releases the funds to his bank account, and Paypal has currently frozen his funds, becuz of some prior infraction .. totally not my goddam fault .. but now my $$ are in-electronic-limbo too .. grrrr

I've seen lots of that .. and its perfectly OK to charge "reasonable" fees

I've also seen lots where they are selling the item for a stoopidly low price ( like 10 cents) but charging $25 to ship

eBay will disallow that kinda thing if they catch you
