I sometimes drink my herbal teas when I can't sleep, they help me to relax, there are also natural supliments that you can use too.

Maybe you just need to be up for a couple of more hours and then try sleeping again? I know sometimes that helps me.

I don't remember homemade pie making being this exhausting. I've only gotten the bottom crust rolled and set and already am tired. I can't wait to get the proper level of energy back. The pie should be good, once it is actually done. The mulberries are soaking right now in water, then I will pick through them, since the kids and the niece harvested them for me... there seem to be leaves and tiny branches in the buckets. lol.
