Recently I read that Angela Jolie had double preventive mastectomy. Before that I never heard of having a mastectomy and not having cancer or a sex change. Does this mean she got both her boobs cut off? Do they gut the boobs out and replace the innards with saline bags like girls with implants or she now just flat chested?
