I'd say so.
The evidence is that since he's found his way to Lit. he is in the horny club. i.e. it's clear he has an interest in sex.
Also, he is able to devote all his energies to political battles.
Therefore, his sexual needs, which have been established, must be being satisfied to leave him free to wage his war for justice.

Either that or he didn't find his own way to Lit., he's an infiltrator.

...has backed up into his britbrain and caused his lips to flap incessantly. Sounds come out but nothing makes a bit of sense. He's been on a 3 year waiting list to get free medical treatment. Redwave has a similar problem.
