Sadly, Ben and Jerry's will fatten your gut as well, and make your ass like fatter, but not necessarily <b>phatter</b>. You can have fat put into your buttocks. Janet Jackson had it sucked out of her waist and put in her butt (so I hear) right before "If". I have no idea how much any of this would cost.

There is generally very little swelling and bruising after buttock augmentation so the results may be seen very soon after surgery. Full physical activities are usually permitted within a month after surgery.
Surgical risks are few, but may include among others: infection, bleeding, nerve and/or muscle damage, slippage and asymmetry.

$7,000 including implants, surgical facility, and anesthesia.
